I just found another nice tool for EFT. It’s called the Tapping Insiders Club. Check out the links below and listen to the audios. I have been loving EFT for a while now. I wish I knew about it in the beginning of my network marketing career.

Success in this business has more to do with what’s inside of you. In fact, it is entirely YOU. That’s why I am always talking about the success mindset and working on yourself. It doesn’t matter what company you are with, if you don’t face your fears and clear the things that are holding you back, you will never have much success in any network marketing endeavor.

In the beginning, I had a MAJOR fear of being a leader, but I had a burning desire to succeed in this business so I faced that fear. I didn’t know about EFT back then but I kept proceeding forward in spite of my fear. Many times struggling with the fears and dealing with self sabotaging patterns. I am soooooo grateful I learned about EFT which was wonderful for actually clearing that fear and many others that held me back.

Personal Growth Results in Business Growth

Network Marketing is the best business to be in for personal growth because your business can only grow to the same level you do.

That quote is soooo true. In any business, you need to learn and study in order to be good at what you do.  Do you have a library card? You can find a lot of wonderful books and audios in the library that will help build a success mindset.

We all have areas of strengths and weaknesses.  You are responsible for your own success in this industry.

In the beginning, I had a fear of being a leader of a large group of people. I realized that, to be successful in network marketing, you MUST be a leader. If I was to have any success in my business, I had to face that fear and overcome it. I began studying successful leaders and what they did for success. Then I applied what I learned.

No matter what area of the business you feel weaker in, press forward and face your fears. There is, no doubt, someone else who has overcome the same obstacle and you can learn from them.

Making Your Business Card Work For You

Your business card can be an powerful marketing tool, especially if you take advantage of the space on the back of the card. I like to use Drop Cards but I also make sure my business card acts as a Drop Card. It should do more than just give contact info. A really good business card can stir curiosity and motivate a prospect to do something. I like to get them to one of my web sites where they are likely to subscribe to my newsletter and request information.

So what do you put on the back of your business card? There are a variety of options. One idea is to put an offer for a free report on the back of the card.

You should ALWAYS have business cards ready and and quickly available to pass out.  Give extras to friends and family who would be willing to pass out cards for you.

Below is an example of a card I made up on Vista Print.  Once I picked out a template, it only took about 15 minutes to make up the front side. The back took a little longer.  You can use their templates like they are or you can alter them and create something different.

I love using Vista Print. You can make up business cards, post cards and lots of other neat things to promote your business. Their prices are really good.

Are You Waiting Around for Success?

Many years ago I was listening to a company conference call. The speaker used a quotation that has stuck with me all these years.

“Those who want milk don’t just sit in a field and
wait for a cow to back up to them.”

I love the above quotation. I heard it several years ago & it has always stuck with me. It is funny but it is true. Sad to say, many people join a network marketing company & think that is all they need to do. There are always people hyping the “No Work Required” business opportunity. Don’t be fooled by that. There is no such thing.

People, let me tell you a secret to success in this business. . .
Treat it like a business & stick with it!!!

Actually, on second thought, maybe it would be better to treat your Network Marketing business like a JOB. Would your boss keep you around if you worked your job the way you work your Network Marketing business?

Five important things that will help you build a successful Business:

1. Familiarize yourself with the company and the products. Any time you start a new job, there are things to learn. There is training involved. A successful business person is always learning and improving in their skills.This includes attending any company events.

2. Use the Products. This one seems like it shouldn’t even need to be said but I am always amazed when I see people buy a distributor kit, then never buy a single product. I have even seen people working at building their business who have yet to buy products from the company. Really, how can they in all honesty, recommend a product they aren’t even using.

Which brings me to the next point . . .

3. Autoship – If your company offers autoship, you should be on it. Most companies allow you to change your autoship order every month.

4. Be Prepared to share information – Make up a 30 second commercial that tells who you are, what your company is, and what you do. I plan an article on that in the future. Make sure you have something to share: a brochure with your phone number and web site.

5.   Have fun. Find a way to do your business that is enjoyable to you and that fits your personal style. If you like what you are doing, people will see you enjoying yourself and will be attracted to you like a magnet.
